Terms and Conditions
On receipt of your non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price we will subject to avail- ability, reserve your tour for you. Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be accompanied by full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which the total tour price has not been paid by the due date, in which event the deposit paid will be forfeited. No amendments to itineraries will be accepted less than 30 days before departure date. There after, all alterations to itineraries are considered to be cancellations and re-bookings.
Your booking must be made in writing and will be effective on the date of receipt in our offices.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- more than 60 days before departure, 25%
- less than 60 days before departure, 50%
- less then 30 days before departure, 100%
Refunds
Whilst Langa Safaris cc will endeavour to ensure that all prepared for restaurants, accommodation, attractions etc are available as planned, there shall be no claim of any nature whatsoever against the company for a refund either in the whole or part, if any of the above is not available, or if a client is unable to use the service.
Insurance
Passengers should insure that they have comprehensive insurance before travelling for cancellation, medical expenses, personal baggage money etc.
Passport, Visas and Health Requirements
The responsibility rests with the client that passports, visas and health requirements are valid for the countries visited. Precaution is advised for Malaria; please consult your local GP.
Responsibility
Langa Safaris cc, their servants and agents, shall not be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident delay or inconvenience to any persons, his/her luggage or personal property, whenever the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of Langa Safaris cc, their servants or agents, or any other person directly or indirectly in the employment or service of Langa Safaris cc or otherwise under any circumstance whatsoever. In addition LangaSafaris shall have the right at any time at its discretion cancel any tour or remainder thereof or make any alteration in Route, accommodation, restaurant, price or other details and in the event of any tour being rendered impossible or inadvisable by weather, strikes, riots or interference or any cause whatsoever. The extra costs incurred as a result, becomes the responsibility of the passenger.
